How we work here at Rise…

  • Dream it.

    It all begins with an idea. Whether you are a weekend warrior, adrenaline junkie or full time nomad, if you have a build idea in mind, we are here to help blossom that seed into something unique and special to you.

  • Build it.

    Now the exciting part (for us) and patient part (for you). Our build process can range from 4-8 weeks dependent on the complexity of the build. Regardless of build time, we only allow durable, detailed and vigorously tested vans leave our workshop.

  • Drive it

    Now the exciting part (for us and you). We offer a free nationwide delivery for each and every conversion. Don’t worry if receiving your new van feels daunting, each client receives a Youtube link to multiple instructive videos showing you the ‘how and why’ for every feature in your new build.

Conversion process

  • An initial video call provides you with a virtual tour through our previous builds, opportunity to share your ideas, and, of course, puts a face to the name here at Risecampers.

  • If you feel we are the right fit for you, we take a 5% deposit (of total build cost). This gets you booked in with the team and the journey begins. We can then help you find a suitable van, create a 3D van design with your ideas in mind and generate a quotation.

  • Once your ideal van has been finalised and you’re happy with the build, we take 60% of the build cost and start the ordering process.

  • The build begins! By now, we have set up a Whatsapp group and you will start receiving weekly update videos and photo updates of the van building journey. You are welcome to visit the workshop anytime you like during this stage!

  • **Exciting times only**

    We offer delivery or pickup on your new conversion - whichever is more convenient for you!

    You’ll receive a folder including any information on the build, user manuals, warranty information and safety certificates. Alongside this, a number of Youtube videos are made by the team showing you how to use everything on the van - making vanlife as easy as it can be.
